Getting Started

1. What is the difference between a “Member” and a “Worker?”
   A “Worker” is somebody that has signed up on WorkerRental.com to be hired.  A “Member” is somebody that has signed up on WorkerRental.com to hire “Workers.”
2. Do you perform background checks?
   No, currently we do not perform background checks.
3. What Worker or Member information is verified?
   Currently, only the email address of Workers and Members are verified.
4. How much does it cost to Sign up as a Member or Worker?
   It is completely free to Sign up.
5. How old do I need to be to use WorkerRental.com?
   18 or older.
6. How do I edit my profile?
   Log in, click on the “Edit Profile” link, enter the desired changes, and clink on the “Update Profile” button.
7. How do I Sign Up as a Worker/Member?
   Click on the “Sign Up” link, choose Worker or Member, fill out your information, add your job information (Workers only), upload your photo (Workers only), and click on the “Sign Up” button.
8. Why does a Member need to register?
   Member registration helps us keep track of the Worker feedback
9. Do I have to post a photo?
   No, you do not need to post a photo, however, you might have better results if you do post a photo.
10. Can I register under my business name?
    No.  Since WorkerRental.com is designed for self-employed individuals, you must sign up using your real name.  Accounts registered under a business name will be removed.  You can, however, place your business name in your Description.
11. What should I put in my description?
    You can put whatever you like in your description, as long as it abides by our Terms of Use.  Information like prior work, education, business name, or special qualities might be beneficial to post.
12. Why do I need to give my birthday?
    We need to verify that you are 18 or older.

Search

1. How do I search for a Worker to do a job for me?
   Go to the WorkerRental.com Home page, enter your zip code and select the type of Worker you need to hire, and hit the “Find A Worker” button.  A list of Workers will populate your screen.
2. Who should I choose?
   Worker Rental does not endorse or recommend any particular Workers or Members.  Choose whichever Worker or Member meets the criteria important to you.

Contacting a Worker

1. How do I contact a Worker?
   Register as a Member to see Workers phone number and email addresses.
2. Are Workers employed by Worker Rental?
   No.  Workers are not employed by Worker Rental and have no affiliation with Worker Rental LLC or its affiliates.
3. Are Workers employed by other companies?
   Workers may be employed by other companies or they may be self-employed.  
4. Which Workers does Worker Rental recommend?
   Worker Rental does not endorse or recommend and specific Workers or Members.  Choose whichever Worker or Member meets the criteria important to you.

Sort

1. How do I sort my Worker options?
   After you perform a search for Workers, you can sort your results by Rating, Hourly Rate, or distance away by using the Headers at the top of the Search Results.  Simply click on the criteria you desire and the results will automatically sort.

   Worker Rental does not endorse or recommend any particular Workers or Members.  Choose whichever Worker or Member meets the criteria important to you.

Feedback

1. How do I leave Feedback?
   If a Worker does a job for you, please leave feedback.  To leave feedback, you must login, whether you are a Member or a Worker, and go to the Worker’s profile page that did work for you.  Click on the “Leave a Review” button, enter any relevant information, and click the “Review Job” button.
2. Can I leave Feedback for a Worker that has not done any work for me?
   No.
3. Can I leave Feedback for Members?
   At this time you cannot leave Feedback on Members.
